RISK DISCLOSURE

Last updated: November 2025

⚠️ Important Notice

Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully before using the services of Swiss Trade Funding ("Swiss Trade Funding", "we", "our", "us").

By creating an account, purchasing access to a program, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Nothing provided by Swiss Trade Funding constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. If you have any doubts regarding trading or our services, you should consult an independent professional advisor in your jurisdiction.

1. Nature of the Services — Simulated Environment Only

Swiss Trade Funding operates a trading evaluation platform that allows users to demonstrate trading skills exclusively within a simulated trading environment using virtual capital only.

Key points:

  • No real trading activity: All accounts provided by Swiss Trade Funding, including any accounts referred to as "funded", operate solely in a simulated environment. No real capital is deposited, invested, or traded on live financial markets.
  • Virtual funds: All balances, profits, losses, and performance metrics displayed are virtual and do not represent real money.
  • Simulated conditions: Prices, executions, slippage, spreads, and liquidity are simulated and may differ materially from live market conditions.
  • No investment services: Swiss Trade Funding does not provide portfolio management, brokerage services, order execution, or any regulated financial service.
  • Trader responsibility: You are solely responsible for all decisions made while using simulated accounts.

2. Evaluation Fees and Commercial Nature of the Programs

Access to evaluation programs or accelerated access programs requires payment of a commercial access fee.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The access fee represents the price for participating in a simulated evaluation program and is not a deposit, investment, or ownership interest.
  • Access fees are generally non-refundable once the program has started, except as explicitly stated in our refund policy (for example, in the event of a proven technical failure).
  • Payment of an access fee does not guarantee:
    • successful completion of an evaluation,
    • access to an advanced simulated account,
    • eligibility for any performance-based reward.
  • In the event of rule violations or unsuccessful performance, purchasing a new program may be required to regain access.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation and payment of fees comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Performance-Based Rewards — Commercial Rewards Only

Traders who successfully meet all program rules and eligibility requirements may become eligible for performance-based commercial rewards based on results achieved in a simulated trading environment.

Important clarifications:

  • Performance-based rewards are commercial payments issued by Swiss Trade Funding and are not withdrawals of profits generated on real financial markets.
  • Rewards are discretionary and depend on:
    • strict compliance with all program rules,
    • successful identity verification (KYC/AML),
    • internal risk, consistency, and anti-fraud reviews.
  • Swiss Trade Funding reserves the right to delay, reduce, refuse, or cancel any reward request in cases of rule violations, suspected abuse, fraud, or where required by law.
  • You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards you may receive.
  • Rewards are not guaranteed, are not recurring, and may vary or be discontinued at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Results or Income

Swiss Trade Funding does not guarantee any income, profit, or trading result.

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • The majority of participants do not successfully complete evaluation programs.
  • Trading performance can vary significantly, even in a simulated environment.
  • Past performance, whether on our platform or elsewhere, does not guarantee future results.
  • No reward, payment, or outcome is guaranteed.
  • Any examples, illustrations, or performance figures shown on our website or communications are provided for informational or illustrative purposes only.

5. Differences Between Simulated and Live Trading

Trading in a simulated environment differs substantially from trading in live market conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Absence of real monetary risk, but also no opportunity to generate real market profits.
  • Differences in execution quality, order fills, and rejections.
  • Variations in slippage compared to live markets.
  • Lack of real market liquidity.
  • Different psychological behavior when trading virtual capital versus real money.

As a result, performance achieved in a simulated environment may not reflect performance in live trading conditions.

6. General Market Risks (For Awareness Only)

Although Swiss Trade Funding operates solely in a simulated environment, you should be aware that real-world trading involves significant risks:

  • Trading in foreign exchange, CFDs, indices, commodities, or derivatives involves a high degree of risk.
  • Leverage can amplify both gains and losses.
  • Financial markets may be volatile and influenced by economic, political, or macroeconomic events.

Participation in Swiss Trade Funding programs should not be interpreted as an invitation or encouragement to trade financial instruments with real money.

7. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Swiss Trade Funding:

  • does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice,
  • does not recommend any trading strategy, asset class, or method,
  • does not guarantee the profitability of any approach.

All educational materials, communications, videos, publications, or analyses are provided for informational purposes only. You should seek independent professional advice before making any real financial decisions.

8. Platform and Third-Party Limitations

Our platform and the third-party services we rely on may be subject to:

  • interruptions or maintenance,
  • delays or data inaccuracies,
  • connectivity issues,
  • technical failures or bugs,
  • changes to features, rules, or availability.

Swiss Trade Funding does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be held responsible for losses or consequences arising from technical limitations or third-party service failures.

9. Regulatory Status

Swiss Trade Funding is a Swiss-based provider of simulated trading evaluation services.

Accordingly, we do not:

  • accept deposits intended for investment,
  • execute real trades on behalf of users,
  • provide regulated financial services such as portfolio management, brokerage, or investment advice.

Participation in our programs does not create any client-advisor, client-broker, or client-manager relationship under Swiss, U.S., or other applicable regulations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that participation in our Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law:

  • Swiss Trade Funding, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of profits, opportunities, data, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount of access fees paid by you.

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By using the Swiss Trade Funding platform, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure.
  • All accounts and trading activities are fully simulated and use virtual funds.
  • Any payments you may receive are commercial rewards and not profits from real market trading.
  • You accept the risks, limitations, and uncertainties associated with simulated trading evaluations.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and actions.
