1. Important Notice

Please read this Risk Disclosure carefully before using Swiss Trade Funding services ("Swiss Trade Funding", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this document, in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

No information provided by Swiss Trade Funding constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. If you have any doubts about any aspect of trading or our services, you should consult an independent professional advisor in your jurisdiction.

2. Nature of Services – Simulated Environment Only

Swiss Trade Funding operates an evaluation platform allowing traders to demonstrate their skills on demo (simulated) accounts using only virtual capital.

Essential Points:

  • No Real Trading Activity: All accounts provided by Swiss Trade Funding, including so-called "funded" accounts, are simulation accounts. No real capital is deposited, invested, or engaged in the markets.
  • Virtual Funds: Displayed balances, profits, and losses represent virtual funds, not real funds.
  • Simulated Conditions: The trading environment, prices, slippage, executions, spreads, and liquidity are simulated and may differ significantly from real market conditions.
  • No Investment Service: We do not provide portfolio management, brokerage, order reception/transmission, or any regulated financial service.
  • Full Trader Autonomy: You are solely responsible for all decisions made on simulated accounts.

3. Evaluation Fees and Commercial Nature of Program

Access to evaluations (challenges) requires payment of a commercial evaluation fee.

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • The evaluation fee is the access price to our simulated evaluation service and is not a deposit or investment.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the evaluation has started, except as provided in our refund policy (e.g., proven technical issue).
  • Payment of a fee does not guarantee:
    • passing an evaluation phase,
    • access to a simulated funded account,
    • obtaining a profit sharing payment.
  • In case of rule violation or failure, a new evaluation purchase may be necessary.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment of fees complies with the laws of your country of residence.

4. Profit Sharing – Commercial Rewards Only

Traders who successfully complete all evaluation phases may become eligible for a commercial payment based on performance achieved on a simulated account.

Important:

  • "Profit sharing" payments are commercial compensation paid by Swiss Trade Funding, not withdrawals of profits generated in real markets.
  • This compensation depends on:
    • your strict compliance with all rules,
    • successful identity verification (KYC/AML),
    • our internal consistency, risk, and anti-fraud checks.
  • We may delay, reduce, refuse, or cancel a payment if:
    • we detect a rule violation,
    • we suspect fraud, abuse, or manipulation,
    • legal or regulatory requirements oblige us to do so.
  • You are solely responsible for tax obligations related to payments you receive.

5. No Guarantee of Results or Income

Swiss Trade Funding does not guarantee any income, profit, or result.

You understand and accept that:

  • The majority of traders do not pass evaluation programs.
  • Your performance can vary greatly, even in a simulated environment.
  • Past results, whether on our platform or elsewhere, do not guarantee future results.
  • No payment is guaranteed, recurring, or assured.

Any example or performance displayed on our site or in our communications is for illustrative purposes only.

6. Differences Between Simulated and Live Trading

Trading on a simulated account differs substantially from trading in live conditions.

Among the important differences:

  • No real monetary risk, but no possibility of real market gains.
  • Executions, partial orders, and rejections may differ from live trading.
  • Slippage may be higher or lower than real conditions.
  • Real liquidity is not represented in a simulation environment.
  • Psychological behavior can be profoundly different between virtual capital and real capital.

Consequently, your results in a live environment could differ significantly.

7. General Trading Risks (For Understanding)

Although our platform is simulated, it is important to understand the real risks of markets:

  • Trading in currencies, CFDs, indices, commodities, crypto-assets, or derivatives carries high risk.
  • Leverage can amplify gains but also losses.
  • Markets can be highly volatile and influenced by macroeconomic factors.
  • Economic events can cause rapid and unpredictable price movements.

Participation in our programs should not be interpreted as an invitation to trade financial instruments with real money.

8. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Swiss Trade Funding:

  • does not provide any financial, tax, legal, or investment advice,
  • does not recommend any strategy, asset class, or trading technique,
  • does not guarantee the profitability of any particular strategy or approach.

Any educational content, communication, video, publication, or analysis is for informational purposes only.

You should obtain independent advice before making any real financial decision.

9. Platform and Third-Party Service Limitations

Our platform and the third-party services we use may be subject to:

  • interruptions, unavailability, or maintenance,
  • data delays or errors,
  • connectivity problems,
  • bugs or technical failures,
  • changes to rules, fees, or features,
  • temporary or permanent suspension or termination of services.

While we do our best to ensure service stability, we cannot guarantee constant availability or absence of errors.

Swiss Trade Funding cannot be held responsible for losses, missed opportunities, or consequences related to:

  • technical limitations,
  • use of inaccurate data,
  • third-party provider malfunctions.

10. Regulatory Status

Swiss Trade Funding is a Swiss simulated trading evaluation platform.

As such, we do not:

  • receive any deposits intended to be invested in the markets,
  • execute any real orders on behalf of clients,
  • provide any regulated financial service, including:
    • portfolio management,
    • investment advice,
    • brokerage,
    • collective management.

Participating in our programs does not create any client-advisor, client-broker, or client-manager relationship, within the meaning of Swiss or foreign regulations.

It is your responsibility to verify that use of our services is authorized in your jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

Within the limits permitted by Swiss law:

  • Swiss Trade Funding, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, including:
    • loss of profits,
    • loss of opportunities,
    • loss of data,
    • consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to you, for any damage related to our services, is limited to the total amount of evaluation fees you have paid.

No provision of this document limits liabilities that cannot be limited under Swiss law.

12. Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By using the Swiss Trade Funding platform, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure.
  • You understand that all accounts provided are 100% simulated and use virtual funds.
  • You understand that our payments are commercial rewards and not withdrawals of real profits.
  • You accept the risks, limitations, and uncertainties related to our evaluation programs.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  • You will not hold Swiss Trade Funding responsible for any loss, cost, or damage arising from your participation.
